2010 LAN Event Dates

The current list of events for 2010.  Under normal circumstances the LAN Events try to fall on the third Saturday every other month. For various reasons these dates won't always follow the pattern. Keep checking back to see the most current and up-to-date listing of our scheduled events.

Unless otherwise noted, events take place from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Events open to change.

Thanks to everyone for showing up this past Saturday for Marietta LAN #32!

Saturday's showing was the biggest party we've had in a while and we hope everyone had fun.

The morning started off rocky with some computer problems, and we thank everyone for holding out and waiting for us to get things straight.  By the time the afternoon rolled around we had everything straightened out and got down to some solid game time.

At the end of the mini-tournament Team Patriot eeked out a narrow victory vs. Team Prime (good job guys! they only beat us by 5!)

 

Now it's time to start planning for Marietta LAN #33.  The forums are BACK and working great so feel free to jump on, pipe in, and get things done.

 

Thanks again for everyone that showed up -- and for those that couldn't make it this time, the next party is scheduled for Saturday, April 27th!

Starting with MariettaLAN #32 the pricing structure of our registration is going to change.

As it stands right now our regular registrations are $15, monitor rentals are $20 and a full system rental runs at $30.  The new prices for event registration for LAN #32 and after will be as follows:

Registration Fee = $5

Registration + Monitor Rental = $10

Registration + Full System Rental = $15

 

As always, MariettaLAN is a non-profit organization so all money gained by the registration fees are put right back in to the events.  Registration fees are spent mostly on snacks and lunch for our events, and if possible new hardware and new games.

We hope with these fee cuts that more players will be able to participate in MariettaLAN Events!
